STAR Bank to design new space on iconic Monument Circle

Indianapolis, Indiana – STAR Bank, an Indiana community bank, headquartered in Fort Wayne, will soon open a financial center office and occupy about 12,500 square feet of space at 40 Monument Circle in Downtown Indianapolis.

The current plans call for the financial center to be located at ground level and offer commercial and retail banking in a state-of-the-art concept that utilizes technology, video banking and traditional bankers.

STAR will also begin renovations on the space, in which it will relocate about 30 employees from the company’s Keystone at the Crossing location, which currently houses 80 employees. The financial center and renovations are expected to be complete by fall.

“We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Our commercial and retail teams have seen extensive growth in the Indianapolis market, and it just makes sense for us to have an office and employees located in the hub of the city,” says Jim Marcuccilli, STAR Bank Chairman and CEO.

STAR employs 550 people and celebrated its 75th anniversary in October. The company has organically grown to more than $2 billion in assets with around 40 locations across Northeast and Central Indiana.
