Reva Derhammer Chosen for Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program

Architect Reva Derhammer is not only a talent in her field, she’s also a valued community volunteer, so it was no surprise when she was chosen for the American Institute of Architect’s Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program. As one of sixteen emerging professionals, this year-long initiative aims to train and nurture the next generation of leaders in our industry.  The curriculum focuses on core professional skills such as entrepreneurship and firm management, working together and collaboration, the art of negotiation, client development, community leadership, industry trends, and developing one’s future within the practice.

We are thrilled that Reva will be representing DELV in the CKLDP Class of 2024-2025! She joins DELVers Diana Short, Jennifer Miller, and Austin Zehr who have previously completed the program.
