For the 2nd year in a row SPACES, a hub for workspace innovation, has awarded DELV’s work Best-in-Show. Lessonly, a rapidly scaling tech software company needed a new place to house their expanding team took home top prize in the 100+ employee category for the design of their new HQ.

Each year AIA Indiana seeks to recognize individuals who are doing incredible work that’s advancing the profession, proving the importance of design, and making communities stronger.

The jury awarded, DELV partner, Jeremy Welu the distinction of Young Architect of the Year during the 2019 AIA Ohio Valley Region Convention in downtown Cincinnati, OH for his exceptional accomplishments in, and contributions to, the profession at large.

Inaugural cohort of chefs selected for the new Fishers Test Kitchen at the Yard at Fishers District.

DELV teamed up with the City of Fishers and Launch Fishers to design the Fishers Test Kitchen, a restaurant accelerator set to open in November inside the Sun King Fishers Innovation Brewery building. The test kitchen has three restaurant stands for chef entrepreneurs looking to launch a new concept. The chefs will take up residency at the kitchen for one to two years, showcasing their food, gaining business skills, and building a local following in preparation for moving on to open their own locations. 

When a test kitchen and dining hall open at the Fishers District this fall, the newbie chefs with a spot will get a boost from an unusual source: techies.

The three initial chefs picked for the Test Kitchen at the Yard will have available to them expert advice and consultancy on the business side of operations — forming corporations, accounting, food costs, marketing and social media.
